The Junior League, one of the oldest, largest and most effective women’s volunteer organizations in the world, has matured and evolved since it was founded by social activism pioneer Mary Harriman in 1901.
Volunteering with the Junior League of Toledo means making a real community impact—and you have the opportunity to serve your community in so many ways while participating in our league. The Junior League of Toledo has been at the forefront of tackling society’s thorniest issues—addressing and acting as advocates on an array of critical issues including childhood obesity, bullying in school and domestic violence.
We invite you to become part of our volunteer squad to serve and anticipate the needs of the greater Toledo area. Not only is volunteering with the league beneficial to the community; it’s also a great way to get to know the city and meet new friends within the league.
