1982: Volunteer Program at CSB

Assisted Toledo Area Governmental Research Association to establish a volunteer program to help CSB.

Phase I: to study the needs deemed necessary by the CSB employees and of other similar volunteer programs across the country.

Phase II: to establish a framework of volunteer needs, handbook, and training program.
