A project inspired by the book, “Wholly Toledo,” written by a person who moved to Toledo from other cities and then joined the Junior League of Toledo. This project also included an architectural walking tour of downtown Toledo titled “An Adventure Kids and other Keen Minds,” which corresponded with an adult walk.
The Junior League of Toledo organized more than 25 other organizations to help promote pride in the area, consisting of volunteers from 15 area businesses, JLT volunteers, and the community to help increase awareness and involvement in Downtown Toledo, and to assist in the revitalization effort.
