A citizens committee concerned with the quality and quantity of services for children in the areas of welfare, education, health care, and juvenile justice. Implemented the national program, Child Watch, Looking Out for America’s Children, which is designed to monitor the affect of federal budget cuts on programs and services for children and advocate for them.
