The Junior League of Toledo worked with community and League volunteers to formulate a plan for the establishment of a hands on, participatory, science orientated museum. The Planning included capital funding sources, operating funding sources, amount of seed money needed, total cost estimate, possible coalitions, assessment of projected volunteer needs, and establishment of needs from random sampling.
